General Description
The ASR3005TB is a GaAs MMIC SPDT switch in a DFN 1.0x1.0x0.75mm 6 lead plastic package.
The ASR3005TB features low insertion loss and positive voltage operation with low DC power
consumption. Typical applications are for the variety of analog and digital wireless communication
systems.
